We stopped by La Rinascente Rooftop for a quick Aperol and honestly, the view alone makes it worth the visit. Sitting right next to the Duomo, it’s one of those spots that really captures the magic of Milan. We were lucky and got a table within five minutes, but not long after, a long line started forming—so timing is everything.

Il centro commerciale Galleria Borromea è senza dubbio una realtà ben strutturata e piacevole per lo shopping e il tempo libero. In diverse occasioni, passando di sera intorno alle 19:30/20:00, ho trovato tutti i bagni chiusi. Great shuttle bus service — departed and arrived on time.
The only disappointing part was that when purchasing tickets, you can’t choose your preferred return time — you are only given a set time. When we approached the driver to change to a later bus, he asked for an additional €5 per person, despite the bus being more than half empty. Considering we had already paid €25 per person for the ticket, this felt unreasonable. Fortunately, we met two other passengers who also wanted to return on the last bus, so we decided to request a refund instead.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience I had with my Zegna. The winter parka jacket was one of my favorite pieces — elegant, high-quality, and worn only a few times over the years. Despite its age (around 8 years old), it remained in excellent condition until it was unfortunately damaged by a professional dry cleaner.
When I contacted Zegna, I was hoping to receive some assistance — specifically, an official confirmation of the approximate retail value of the jacket (which I purchased for around €800–€1,000 at an outlet). This would have allowed me to provide documentation for a reimbursement claim with the dry-cleaning business.
Unfortunately, I was told that because the jacket is no longer in the Zegna system, no help could be provided. While I understand the limitations of record retention, I am deeply disappointed that Zegna, a brand I have long admired and recommended to friends and family, could not offer even a simple confirmation of the approximate value or goodwill assistance.
This experience has left me not only saddened by the loss of a beloved jacket but also disheartened by the lack of support from a brand I have trusted for years. I would sincerely appreciate if Zegna could reconsider and provide at least an estimated value statement for the model, or some goodwill gesture to restore my confidence in the brand. Nice! Groceries, clothes, food court and other businesses. I would say that despite being quite small, this shopping center does a good job at providing all that is necessary. It also is the most centrally located shopping center in Milan, just 4 metro stops from Duomo.
It also has a little terrace on the second floor for chilling.
Importantly, there are toilets. I used those on the second floor and it was a particular experience. The entrance to the men's toilets is a long white corridor lit with lines of led lights on the walls spanning from the floor to the ceiling. This futuristic entrance leads to a quite disappointing sight. Arriving at the toilet one can help but notice that some of the cubicle doors have holes in them as if they had taken punches. Thankfully, they are still functioning.
